A label before anything else: this is not an independent review. We wrote it about our own service, and you should weigh it that way. There are deliberately no star ratings, scores or quoted customers on this site: a business marking its own homework tells you nothing. What we can give is precision: strengths we will be held to, limits we would rather state than have you discover in week two, and a free way to test both.
About the name: “pro” and “rank” are not a ranking, an award or a place in any league table. The idea is that you rank up your listening, from a weather forecast you half-understand to football commentary at full speed.
Who PRORANKTV suits, and who should look elsewhere
It suits someone who wants hours of real television in the language they are learning, on a screen they already own. It does not suit someone who needs lessons, Japanese-language TV or cartoons outside English and French.
A good fit
- Learners of Spanish, French, German, Italian, European Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Filipino or Irish.
- Learners of English who want many accents: US, UK, Irish, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand channels, plus SABC, eTV and Africa Magic.
- Anyone who can keep a fixed daily slot with a program guide.
- Households where others want sport, movies and series on the same login.
Not a good fit
- Anyone after lessons, exercises, a level test or a certificate. We sell television, not teaching.
- Learners of Japanese, and of Brazilian Portuguese.
- Parents wanting children’s channels in any language besides English and French.
- Viewers who need subtitles on every live channel.
- Anyone who wants an app, a web account or support by email.
Strengths we will stand behind
Breadth of languages, a ladder of difficulty inside each one, and tools for planning practice. You can see each of these for yourself during the trial.
- Several accents inside one language. French alone spans France (TF1, France 2, M6), Canada (TVA, Radio-Canada, Noovo) and Canal+ Afrique. Spanish runs from La 1 in Spain to Univision, Caracol and Telefe in the Americas. Arabic channels from Egypt, Morocco or Lebanon differ in dialect, while news usually keeps to Modern Standard Arabic.
- A ladder of difficulty. Weather and kids’ programs first, being slow and visual; then news bulletins; then soaps and drama; then talk shows and comedy; live sport commentary at the top. The CEFR scale, A1 to C2, is a common way to name those stages.
- Planning tools. A program guide (EPG) across the line-up to fix tomorrow’s slot today, and replay through catch-up wherever a channel offers it. Catch-up TV explained shows where it appears.
- A large on-demand side. 120,000+ movies and series, where selectable audio and subtitle tracks are more common than on live channels, title by title.
- Size and picture. 25,000+ live channels from 60+ countries in 4K, FHD and HD, with 99.9% uptime on our servers.
- Light terms. Activation in under 15 minutes, no automatic renewal, help 24/7 on WhatsApp.
Everything carried, language by language, is on the PRORANKTV languages page.
Limits, stated before you find them
None of these hides in small print, and some are reasons not to buy.
| Limit | What it means for practice | What to do about it |
|---|---|---|
| No Japanese-language TV | NHK World is the only Japanese entry, and it broadcasts in English | Nothing inside the service; better to know now |
| Kids’ channels in English and French only | The slowest, most visual first rung exists in two languages | Elsewhere, start with weather forecasts and other short programs |
| No Brazilian channels | The Portuguese side is RTP1, SIC, TVI and Sport TV, all from Portugal | Fine for European Portuguese, not for a Brazilian accent |
| Live subtitles not guaranteed | Shown only when the broadcaster sends them and the player can display them | Use on-demand titles for a subtitle track, checking title by title |
| Catch-up on some channels only | No fixed number of days, and not every channel | Look for the replay mark in the guide |
| No app of our own | You install a third-party player and type in a login | Choosing a player for each screen |
| No web account, no email | Orders, renewals and help happen in one WhatsApp chat | Keep the chat; it holds your details |
| Some countries without named channels | Poland, Greece, Scandinavia and the Balkans, among others, appear as country packages | Check the ones you care about during the trial |
Line-ups also shift over time, and the picture depends on your device, player and connection as much as on our servers.
Is PRORANKTV legit? Checks that do not need our word
Before any money moves, you can confirm you are dealing with a real seller: the trial costs nothing, the login arrives as text, and the terms are written down.
- The number. Use the WhatsApp number shown across this site, +212 663 813 479, and pay only against details sent in that chat.
- The delivery. A real order is a few lines of text: server, username, password, M3U link. An APK, an app or a preloaded box using the name came from someone else.
- The written terms. Free trial first, then plans that end on their own and a money-back window of 7 days from activation. Anyone quoting other terms under this name is someone else.
Another business sells IPTV under a similar name on a different domain, and it has nothing to do with us. PRORANKTV orders are taken only on this website and on its WhatsApp number; orders placed elsewhere never reach us. We also claim no license, authorization or partnership with any broadcaster, league or studio. If a chat feels wrong, start again from the contact page.
Run your own PRORANKTV review in one day
Ask for the trial and climb the ladder a learner climbs, from slow television to fast. Each rung tests a different part of the service.
Find your language
Search two channels by name, say TRT 1 and Kanal D for Turkish. Both should appear and open within seconds.
A forecast or a kids’ program
Ten minutes of the slowest television you can find in that language. The picture should simply hold.
A bulletin at the busiest hour
Around 9 p.m., watch a news channel in that language for twenty minutes on a wired connection or a strong 5 GHz signal. No pauses is a pass.
Tomorrow, in the guide
Find tomorrow’s bulletin in the program guide, at your local time. Where the channel shows a replay mark, go back to this morning.
An on-demand title
Open a film and look at its audio and subtitle options, if your player offers them. The next title may differ.
Live sport commentary
The top rung for listening and for the stream: whatever live sport is on a sports channel in your language.
One question to support
Ask anything in WhatsApp and note how long the answer takes.
A single failed rung deserves a message naming the channel and the minute. A rung that fails every evening on a wired line is your answer, and the trial has cost you nothing to find it. Start the PRORANKTV free trial on an evening you plan to watch.
What staying on costs after the trial
One screen costs $15 for a month, $29 for three, $45 for six or $69 for a year, and nothing renews by itself. Twelve single months would come to $180, which is $111 more than paying for the year once. Prices for two, three or five screens at once sit on the PRORANKTV pricing page.
The 7-day guarantee starts at activation and covers a login that support cannot get working on your device; a change of mind is what the trial is for. The refund policy has the details.
PRORANKTV review questions
Is PRORANKTV legit?
You can check that you are dealing with a real seller before paying anything. The trial is free, the login arrives as text in WhatsApp, plans end on their own, and the 7-day money-back guarantee covers a login that support cannot get working on your device. We claim no license and no tie to any broadcaster. Before paying, check that the WhatsApp number matches the one printed on this website.
Is this PRORANKTV review independent?
No, and we say so at the top. We wrote this page about our own service, so it is a seller’s account. In place of independence it offers detail you can verify: every strength and limit listed here can be checked during the free 24-hour trial, on your own screens.
Is PRORANKTV good for learning a language?
It is a source of listening practice, not a course. It gives you live television from 60+ countries, so you can move from weather forecasts to news, drama and live sport commentary in the language you are studying. It does not teach, test or certify anything.
What are the downsides of PRORANKTV?
The main ones: no Japanese-language channels, kids’ channels only in English and French, no Brazilian channels, live subtitles only when the broadcaster sends them, and replay only where a channel offers catch-up. There is also no app of our own, no web account and no email support: just a third-party player and one WhatsApp chat.
Does PRORANKTV have Japanese channels?
Not in Japanese. The only Japanese entry in the line-up is NHK World, which broadcasts internationally in English, so it is no help for practicing Japanese listening. Korean channels (KBS, MBC, SBS, tvN) are in the line-up, as are Mandarin and Cantonese ones.
Where can I read PRORANKTV reviews from customers?
Not on this website. We do not print ratings or customer comments about ourselves, and pages elsewhere that review a service with this name may be describing a different business with a similar name. The review worth trusting is the one you write yourself during the free trial, on the screens and at the hours you actually watch.
